上杉遺民一揆（うえすぎいみんいっき）は、慶長5年（1600年）関ヶ原の戦いに関連して越後国で行なわれた、主に堀氏（東軍）と、上杉景勝（西軍）の軍および影響下にある在地勢力との戦闘。上杉棄民一揆・越後一揆とも。
