Second siege of Ochakov
The Second siege of Ochakov was a siege carried out by the Ottoman army to retake the Ochakov Castle, which had been lost in July 1737. Huge losses, torrential rains, and desertions on all sides forced the Ottomans to abandon the siege by 10 November.
