Every agreement in the PA-X Peace Agreements Database: ceasefires, frameworks, pre-negotiation texts and implementation deals signed to end or manage conflicts since 1990.
What you see
- Each agreement as a politics mark on the day it was signed, at the middle of the conflict it addresses.
- Click one for its peace process, its stage, whether the conflict was within a state or between states, and how it was signed.
- Opened from this page, the map plays 1990 to 2025.
Where the data comes from
- PA-XThe PA-X Peace Agreements Database, version 10, from PeaceRep at the University of Edinburgh; its terms allow non-commercial use only (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
PeaceRep releases new versions of PA-X; TAKIP takes them when the set is imported again.
Good to know

- Two in three concern conflicts within a state; a sixth are local agreements.
- Colombia, the Philippines, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Sudan have the most here, about three in ten together.
